February Favorites

February always feels like a funny in-between month—cold, gray, but full of little sparks of inspiration.

Valentine’s Day sneaks in, winter fatigue is real, and I find myself craving things that feel soft, joyful, and a little indulgent.

These are the pieces, patterns, and ideas I’m loving right now—and honestly, using a lot in my work and life.

Curves, Curves, Curves

I’ve been very drawn to curved furniture lately, and I love that Restoration Hardware is really leaning into this moment. Softer silhouettes feel fresh and current, but also timeless in the right context. I’m using curved sofas, chairs, and consoles across multiple projects right now—they immediately make a room feel more inviting and human. Sharp edges have their place, but curves feel very now.

Faux Flowers Forever

I’ll say it: dead flowers make me sad. Faux flowers, on the other hand, last forever and look beautiful year-round when done right. I love using high-quality faux stems in spaces that need life without maintenance—entry tables, powder rooms, shelves. They’re practical, consistent, and quietly joyful.

Leopard Moments 🐆

I’m fully vibing leopard right now—and I blame my daughter. It’s her signature print, and I’m obsessed with her, so naturally I’ve started matching her in subtle leopard moments. Leopard is a neutral if you let it be, and right now it feels playful, confident, and fun.

Kerri Rosenthal (Hint Hint 💌)

Kerri Rosenthal has been a favorite of mine for years, but her work always feels especially relevant in February. Hearts, words, emotion—it’s Valentine’s Day energy in the best way. I’m wearing one of her cashmere sweaters today that subtly says “Loved” on the back—a gift from my mom—and it feels like the perfect reminder this time of year.

Pooky Lighting = Always Yes

Pooky lighting has quietly become my go-to. The fixtures are great, but what really gets me is the shade selection. Pattern, color, texture—it’s such an easy way to add personality without overcommitting. Lamps are jewelry for a room, and Pooky does it right.

A Little Treat-Yourself Moment

Every month I include one wish list item—and this month it’s the Cartier Panthère watch. I’ve been eyeing it for a while, and with a Paris trip coming up in May… well, it feels like the right time to start manifesting. Elegant, classic, forever.

Tabletop Joy (Under $4!)

For less than $4, everyone needs a collection of heart mugs. Do we use them once a year? Yes. Do they make Valentine’s morning feel special? Also yes. No notes.

And while we’re talking tables—rattan chargers from Williams Sonoma are a household staple in my opinion. They instantly elevate a tablescape and are perfect for Valentine’s dinner.

Sister Parish, Always

I’m deep in a Sister Parish season. Honestly, I don’t think they do anything wrong. Every fabric and wallpaper somehow works for one of my projects—whether it’s a young family home or a Park Avenue apartment. Casual, elevated, timeless. Always right.

May your month be full of heart-shaped mugs, leopard moments, and all the little things you love most.
