A Day at The Daymark: Meeting Future Homeowners
Today was such a special day at The Daymark in Sleepy Hollow, NY. Although the building is still under construction, the sales office opened its doors to welcome new homeowners who have already purchased their units in this stunning new development at Edge-on-Hudson.
The idea was simple but so exciting: bring together a group of professionals who can help residents transform their brand-new spaces into homes they truly love. Closet organizers, window treatment experts, AV specialists, furniture representatives—and us at Style and Space—were all there to meet, connect, and share ideas. We were honored to be the only interior design firm invited to participate.
Connecting With Future Residents
Over the course of the day, we met around 45 homeowners. It was wonderful to hear their stories—why they chose The Daymark, what inspired their move, and how they imagine living in their new homes. These conversations are always the best part for me; they help us understand each client’s lifestyle and dreams so we can design spaces that feel uniquely theirs.
At Style & Space, our passion is creating layered, livable interiors—spaces that are polished, welcoming, and deeply personal. We showed attendees how we go beyond builder packages to bring in individuality through custom built-ins, wallpaper, furniture, and thoughtful details.
Sharing Inspiration
To spark ideas, we shared examples from other Edge-on-Hudson projects we’ve designed. Buyers loved seeing how new construction can be elevated and personalized with intentional design choices that honor the architecture while reflecting each homeowner’s personality and lifestyle.
